How it works
We make it quick to reach a deck builder who works at your address.
You call or send a request
Tell us your town and what you have in mind: a new deck, a move to composite, repairs or a replacement, new stairs or guards, or a cover or pergola over the deck.
We connect you with a local company
Calls and requests go to an independent deck builder that serves Bend and Deschutes County.
The company handles the job
They quote, schedule and do the work. Pricing, warranties and terms come from them directly.
What we are and aren't
Bend Deck Builders is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.
Oregon law makes it illegal to build, remodel or repair homes for pay without a license from the Construction Contractors Board (CCB), and contractors working on homes also need a residential endorsement. Look up the builder's CCB number on the board's online license search, and check the complaint history it shows. Ask who will pull the permit (the City of Bend, the City of Redmond or Deschutes County, depending on where you live), what inspections to expect, and get a written contract that lists materials, footings and warranty terms.
